The Schneider Hotel Restaurant
Buffet Breakfast
Between 7:00 am and 10:00 am, Schneider Hotel offers a complimentary buffet-style breakfast for all guests.
For those not staying at Schneider, the buffet is available for ¥2000 per person.
Feel free to visit us after a few laps on the mountain, treat yourself to some a delicious breakfast and enjoy a cup of coffee.
No booking required.
Dinner
Experience an unforgettable dinner at the Schneider Hotel featuring a tasty spread of authentic German cuisine. Situated uniquely on the Hikage ski area, Schneider offers a complimentary over-snow pickup/drop-off service from the top of the village to the hotel.
15 people or more
To accommodate groups of 15 or more, a set menu needs to be organised a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We offer three options; Apres, Hannes and Schneider. All three are share-style so your group can sample a variety of our menu. You are also welcome to pre-order off our kids and dessert menus as required.

Online bookings will be available online 90 days before booking dates.

Booking Policy
Reservations
We accept dinner reservations online or at the front desk. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
Beverages are charged on consumption and we do not accept BYO. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay after dinner at the Basecamp Bar.
Dinner Seating times
Booking is available at 5:30 pm, 5:45 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:30 pm, 7:45 pm & 8:00 pm (1.5h seating)
1.5h seating time is secured for each seating. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your booking time.
Dietary Requirements
We would like to accommodate dietary requirements as much as possible with advance notice.
Please make sure to inform us of all requests at the time of booking.
Children
We welcome children at our restaurant and we offer a kids menu for children under 10 years old.
